I use infused olive oil in many things I cook, such as spaghetti & meatballs, hummus, various dips & dressings, homemade salsa, drizzled lightly over nachos, & the list goes on. I got over the sweet edibles very quickly. Not at all healthy & they just add to medical problems & other health issues, which a lot of us started cannabis to assist with in the first place.
One sweet I do make that is healthy are raw chocolates with raw nuts & unprocessed dried fruits (which I dehydrate myself). Very simple & quick, easy to add tincture & lecithin to, and are perfect if you’re like me & need serious help sleeping on a nightly basis. Just be sure not to microwave your cocoa butter etc. Hot water bath only.
Personally, I’m not a big fan of infused coconut oil & mainly use it in topical cannabis products I formulate, but not in large amounts as I prefer infused olive oil overall. It has always been more effective for me, and much more versatile (unless I’m baking some healthy muffins, when I will choose coconut oil over olive oil due to the flavor).
